HOLME BULWARKMaritime Cyber Security& Digital Twin Suite
Engineering Beyond Expectations.
Secure your vessel network. Build a living digital replica. Train your crew on their actual ship.
A Living Digital Replicaof the Actual Vessel.
Continuously rebuilt from the ship's own telemetry — for remote diagnostics, procedure simulation and crew training.
Diagnose Remotely.Simulate Before You Act.
Shore engineers inspect the vessel's complete state and troubleshoot with the crew, and a change is tested against the twin before it is applied to the ship.
Train Crewon the Actual VesselThey Will Serve On.
New crew learn on a high-fidelity replica of their own ship — its equipment, layout and failure modes — so vessel-specific knowledge is preserved before it is lost.
The problem
IACS UR E26/E27 cyber requirements are mandatory for newbuilds contracted from January 2024, and most operators have no in-house maritime cyber expertise.
Crew turnover is acute, and when experienced officers retire the procedures and institutional knowledge they hold leave with them.
Generic maritime simulators train crew on idealised vessel models, not on the equipment configuration of the ship they will actually serve on.
Government fleets face significant turnover and specialist knowledge loss on complex vessel types — icebreakers, patrol vessels and research ships.
A secure vessel network, and a living replica of the ship.
BULWARK combines a managed maritime cybersecurity service with a live digital twin fed by the vessel's own telemetry. The two are sold together because a digital twin is only trustworthy if the data feeding it is secure.
The two products

BULWARK Secure
Managed cybersecurity for vessel-to-shore communications: OT network monitoring, intrusion detection, firewall management and incident response.

BULWARK Twin
A live replica of the vessel built from real telemetry, for remote diagnostics, procedure simulation and vessel-specific crew training.
Why BULWARK
- 01
One suite, not two purchases
The cyber service and the twin are sold together, because a digital twin is only trustworthy if the data feeding it is secure.
- 02
The actual vessel, not a model of one
Crews train on a replica of their own ship — its equipment, its layout, its failure modes — rather than on a generic simulator.
- 03
A twin you can ask questions
The HOLME KEEL AI copilot can be overlaid on the twin, turning it into an interactive training environment rather than a visualisation.

For fleets where the vessels are complex and the crews change.
BULWARK is built for government fleet operators — coast guards, navies and maritime authorities running icebreakers, patrol vessels and research ships — where the vessels are complex and specialist knowledge is hard to replace.
It serves commercial operators meeting IACS UR E26/E27 just as directly. The cyber service is delivered entirely remotely, and the advisory and training layer requires no class certification to run.
